Located in West San Antonio, the Holiday Inn San Antonio Northwest- Seaworld Area truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting entry area, setting the tone for a comfortable stay ahead. the beds were exceptionally cozy, and the soft sheets provided a restful night's sleep. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a nice variety of options from a Quick Start to a full All American buffet, perfect for fueling up before a day of exploring nearby attractions like SeaWorld and Aquatica. the impeccable service at this hotel truly stood out, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From Christian at check-in to Lorena's attentive service before our SeaWorld adventure, and Charles at the bar, everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. the onsite restaurant, the Grill, served up delicious meals, including must-try steak quesadillas. We also appreciated the indoor and outdoor pool, providing a refreshing break. the rooms were top-notch, featuring modern amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. the shower products from Dove added a touch of luxury, complementing the fresh and clean room ambiance.
